Fictitious address point (centroid)

It is a fictitious address point, which is created in each municipality and displays residents who do not have the full address filled in the administrative data sources and thus cannot be identified to a specific address point. It also shows residents who do not have a birth number, added through a long form and provided an incorrect / non-existent address.
