Definition

Coverage errors are errors that result from differences between the target population and the sampling frame used to determine the sample population.

The rate of over-coverage - Indicator A2 - is the proportion of units accessible via the frame that do not belong to the target population (are out-of-scope).

Common units proportion - Indicator A3 - is the proportion of units covered by both the survey and the administrative sources in relation to the total number of units in the survey.
