Industrial producer prices

In February, compared to January,  industrial producer prices for domestic market  increased by 1,1 %. Prices of manufacturing increased by 1,8 %, water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 0,7 %. Prices of mining and quarrying decreased by 0,5 %, electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 0,1 %.

In manufacturing, prices of manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products increased by 12,4 %, chemicals and chemical products by 5,1 %, metals and fabricated metal products by 2,3 %, transport equipment by 2,1 %, electrical equipment by 0,7 %, basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations by 0,5 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery by 0,4 %, textiles, clothing, leather and  related products by 0,2 %, wood and paper products and printing by 0,1 %. Prices of manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c. decreased by 2,7 %, computer, electronic and optical products, rubber and plastic products equally by 0,5 % and food, beverages and tobacco production by 0,3 %.

In February 2021, compared to February 2020, industrial producer prices for the domestic market fell by 1,4 %. Prices of manufacturing decreased by 1,9 % and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 1,1 %. Prices of water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities increased by 3,4 %, mining and quarrying by 2,8 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and refined petroleum products decreased by 9,8 %, transport equipment by 3,4 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 3,2 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 2,6 %, wood and paper products and printing by 2,4 %, food, beverages and tobacco by 2,3 %, textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 0,4 %. Prices of manufacture of chemicals and chemical products increased by 4,4 %, electrical equipment by 3,3 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery by 2,1 %, basic pharmaceutical products by 1,7 %; metals and fabricated metal products by 0,8 %. Prices of rubber and plastic products remained unchanged.

On average, since the beginning of the year, compared to the same period last year, industrial producer prices decreased by 0,9 % due to lower manufacturing prices by 2,3 %. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 3,8 %, water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 3,4 % and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 1,3 %.

In February, compared to January, industrial producer prices for the non-domestic market increased by 0,7 %. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 10,5 % and manufacturing by 1%. Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply decreased by 5,6 % and water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 4,1 %.

In manufacturing, prices of manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products increased by 10,2 %, chemicals and chemical products by 3,2 %, metals and metal fabricated metal products by 2,4 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery and equipment by 2,3 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 2,1 %, basic pharmaceutical products and preparations; electrical equipment equally by 0,6 %, textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 0,5 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c.; rubber and plastic products by 0,1 %. Prices of food, beverages and tobacco decreased by 0,6 %, transport equipment by 0,2 % and wood and paper products and printing by 0,1 %.

In February 2021, compared to February 2020,  non-domestic prices fell by 1,5 %. Prices of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply decreased by 9,8 %, water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 4,6 % and manufacturing by 1% . Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 6 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and refined petroleum products decreased by 10,3 %, wood and paper products by 4,4 %, transport equipment by 3,5 %,  machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 2,6 %, chemicals and chemical products chemical products; food, beverages and tobacco by 1,6 %, textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 1,1 % and manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and preparations by 0,2 %. Prices of manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products increased by 7,1 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery and equipment by 5,1 %, electrical equipment by 4,3 %, metals and fabricated metal products by 3,3 % % and rubber and plastic products by 0,4 %.

On average since the beginning of the year, compared to the same period last year, industrial producer prices for the non-domestic market fell by 1,6 % due to lower prices of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 3 %, water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 1,7 %, manufacturing by 1,5 % and mining and quarrying by 0,8 %.

Prices of agricultural products

In February, prices of agricultural products were higher by 2,1 % year-on-year. Prices of crop products increased by 8,6 %. Prices of animal products decreased by 3,5 %.

As for the crop products, prices of cereals increased by 11,4 %, oilseeds and seeds by 8,9 %, legumes by 6 % and prices of fruit and vegetables by 2,4 %. Potato prices decreased by 17,5 %.

As for the animal products, prices of raw sheep's wool in pot decreased by 31,4 %, pigs for slaughter by 7,8 %, live fish by 3,5 %, raw cow's milk by 0,8 % and prices of poultry for slaughter by 7,1 %. Prices of sheep for slaughter and lambs increased by 4,4 %, hen edible eggs by 1,4 % and prices of cattle and calves by 1,7 %.

Since the beginning of 2021, prices of agricultural products increased on average by 0,6 % due to higher prices of crop products by 5 % and lower prices of animal products by 3,4 %.

Construction work prices

In February 2021, compared to January, construction work prices increased by 0,5 %. Compared to February 2020, they increased by 2,3 %. On average, construction work prices rose by 2,2 %, year on year, since the beginning of the year. 

Prices of construction materials and components

In February 2021, compared to January,  prices of construction materials and components increased by 1,9 %. Compared to February 2020, they increased by 0,4 %. On average, since the beginning of the year, prices of construction materials and components dropped by 0,5 % year on year.
