Industrial producer prices

In April, compared to March, output prices for domestic market increased by 0,4 %. Prices of water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities increased by 1,3 %, manufacturing by 0,5 % and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 0,2 %. Mining and quarrying prices remained unchanged.

In manufacturing, prices of metals and fabricated metal products increased by 4,2 %, wood and paper products and printing by 3,8 %, chemicals and chemical products by 2 %, food, beverages and tobacco by 1,5 % , electrical equipment; other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery equally by 1,3 %, rubber and plastic products by 0,6 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 0,5 % and machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 0,1 % %. Prices of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations remained unchanged. Prices of transport equipment decreased by 2,1 %, prices of textiles, clothing, leather and related products together with prices of coke and refined petroleum products also decreased by 0,5 %.

In April 2021, compared to April 2020, output prices for the domestic market increased by 0,9 %. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 7,7 %, prices of water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 5,5 % and manufacturing by 3 %. Prices of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply decreased by 3 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and refined petroleum products increased by 36 %, chemicals and chemical products by 25,4 %, metals and fabricated metal products by 7,2 %, electrical equipment by 4,3 %, other manufacturing, repairs and installation of machinery by 2,8 %, basic pharmaceutical products and preparations by 1,6 %, rubber and plastic products by 1,2 % and food, beverages and tobacco by 0,6 %. Prices of wood and paper products and printing remained unchanged. Prices of machinery and equipment n.e.c. decreased by 3,6 %, transport equipment by 3,5 %, textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 1,6 % and computer, electronic and optical products by 1,4 % .

On average, since the beginning of the year, compared to the same period last year, industrial producer prices decreased by 0,4 % due to a decrease in prices of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 0,7 % and manufacturing by 0,4 %. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 5,2 % and water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 4,1 %.

In April, compared to March, output prices for the domestic market increased by 0,7 %. Prices of water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities increased by 20,8 %, mining and quarrying by 14,8 %, electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 1,5 % and manufacturing by 0,7 %.

In manufacturing, prices of manufacture of metals fabricated metal products increased by 3,8 %, chemicals and chemical products by 2,8 %, wood and paper products and of printing by 2,7 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 2,2 %, rubber and plastic products by 1,2 %, electrical equipment by 0,9 %, food, beverages and tobacco by 0,8 %, other manufacturing, repairs and installation of machinery and equipment by 0,4 % and computer, electronic and optical products by 0,1 %. Prices of basic pharmaceutical products and preparations remained unchanged. Prices of coke and refined petroleum products decreased by 2,4 %, textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 0,9 % and transport equipment by 0,4 %.

In April 2021, compared to April 2020, export prices increased by 3,2 %. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 21,8 %, water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 19,9 % and manufacturing by 3,4 %. Prices of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply decreased by 2,8 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and refined petroleum products increased by 35,7 %, chemicals and chemical products by 17,6 %, metals and fabricated metal products by 8,8 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 6,8 %, electrical equipment by 5,4 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery by 5 %, rubber and plastic products by 3,2 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 0,5 % and basic pharmaceutical products and preparations by 0,2 %. Prices of food, beverages and tobacco remained unchanged. Prices of transport equipment decreased by 1,2 %, wood and paper products and of printing by 0,4 % and prices of textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 0,3 %.

On average, since the beginning of the year, compared to the same period last year, output prices for the non-domestic market remained unchanged. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 6,3 %, water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 3 % and manufacturing by 0,2 %. Prices of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply decreased by 4,2 %.

Prices of agricultural products

In April, prices of agricultural products were 4 % higher year-on-year. Prices of crop products increased by 14,3 %. Prices of animal products fell by 2 %.

As for the crop products, prices of cereals increased by 21,2 %, oil fruits and seeds by 29,6 % and legumes by 9,8 %. Prices of fruit and vegetables decreased by 0,5 % and potatoes by 13,6 %.

As for the animal products, prices of raw sheep's wool in pot decreased by 33,6 %, pigs for slaughter by 7,1 %, raw cow's milk by 0,9 % and poultry for slaughter by 1 %. Prices of sheep for slaughter and lambs increased by 25,6 %, hen edible eggs by 2,2 %, live fish by 0,7 % and prices of beef cattle and calves by 0,4 %.

Since the beginning of the year, prices of agricultural products increased, on average, by 2 % due to higher prices of crop products by 8 % and lower prices of animal products by 2,7 %.

Prices of construction works

In April 2021, compared to March, prices of construction work increased by 1 %. Compared to April 2020, they decreased by 1,6 %. Since the beginning of the year, construction work prices fell, on average, by 2,1 % year on year.

Prices of construction materials and components

In April 2021, compared to March, prices of construction materials and components increased by 1,7 %. Compared to April 2020, they increased by 5,4 %. On average, since the beginning of the year, the prices of construction materials and components increased by 1,8 % year on year.
