Industrial producer prices

In July, compared to June, industrial producer prices for the domestic market increased by 2.2 %. Prices increased in electricity and gas supply by 2.5 %, in manufacturing by 2.1 % and in mining and quarrying by 1.3 %. Prices of water supply and waste management remained unchanged.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and petroleum products increased by 9 %, metals by 5.3 %, wood products by 2.8 %, other manufacture by 1.8 %, machinery n.e.c. and also prices of transport equipment by 1.3 %, textiles and leather by 1.1 % and rubber and plastic products by 0.3 %. Prices of computer products remained unchanged. Prices of chemicals decreased by 1.1 %, electrical equipment by 0.6 %, food by 0.3 % and pharmaceutical products by 0.1 %.

In July 2021, compared to July 2020, industrial producer prices for the domestic market increased by 5.5 %. Prices of water supply and waste management increased by 7 %, mining and quarrying by 6.6 %, manufacturing by 6.4 % and electricity and gas supply by 3.7 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and petroleum products increased by 47.9 %, chemicals by 22.5 %, metals by 18.3 %, wood products by 16.8 %, other manufacture by 4.3 %, electrical equipment by 2.8 %, food by 2.7 %, pharmaceuticals by 1.8 % and rubber and plastic products by 0.7 %. Prices of transport equipment decreased by 2.9 %, computer products by 1.5 %, machinery n.e.c. by 1.2 % and textiles and leather by 1.1 %.

On average, since the beginning of the year, compared to the same period last year, industrial producer prices increased by 1.6 % due to increased prices of mining and quarrying by 5.8 %, water supply and waste management by 5.1 %, manufacturing by 2.1 % and electricity and gas supply by 0.5 %.

In July, compared to June, industrial producer prices for the non-domestic market increased by 2.3 %. Prices of water supply and waste management increased by 17.9 %, electricity and gas by 8.6 %, mining and quarrying by 3.1 % and manufacturing by 1.9 %.

In manufacturing, prices of manufacture of metals increased by 7 %, coke and petroleum products by 4.7 %, wood products by 3.1 %, machinery n.e.c. by 1.5 %, computer products and also prices of electric equipment by 1.2 %, transport equipment and also prices of rubber and plastic products by 1 %, pharmaceutical products by 0.3 % and textiles and leather by 0.1 %. Prices of manufacture of chemicals decreased by 0.9 %, food by 0.8 % and other manufacture by 0.7 %.

In July 2021, compared to July 2020, prices for the non-domestic market increased by 9.2 %. Prices of water supply and waste management rose by 71.7 %, mining and quarrying by 26.9 %, electricity and gas by 12.9 % and manufacturing by 8.9 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and petroleum products increased by 50 %, metals by 27.2 %, chemicals by 22 %, computer products by 20.2 %, wood products by 14.8 %, electrical equipment by 7 %, rubber and plastic products by 5.8 %, machinery n.e.c. by 4.6 %, other manufacture by 3.9 % and food by 1.5 %. Prices of pharmaceutical products decreased by 0.4 %, textiles and leather by 0.3 % and transport equipment by 0.2 %.

On average, since the beginning of the year, compared to the same period last year, industrial producer prices for the non-domestic market increased by 3.1 % due to an increase in prices of water supply and waste management by 24.7 %, mining and quarrying by 13.6 %, manufacturing by 3.1 % and electricity and gas supply by 2.7 %.

Prices of agricultural products

In July, prices of agricultural products rose by 11.1 % year-on-year. Prices of crop products increased by 15.9 %. Prices of animal products decreased by 3.7 %.

As for the crop products, prices of oilseeds and seeds increased by 17.8 %, prices of cereals by 17.1 %, prices of legumes by 15.1 % and prices of fruit and vegetables by 10.5 %. Potato prices fell by 7.1 %.

As for the animal products, prices of sheep and lambs slaughtered increased by 15.3 %, prices of poultry slaughtered by 4.2 %, prices of live fish by 3.1 % and prices of beef cattle and calves by 0.3 %. Prices of raw sheep wool in pot decreased by 39.1 %, prices of pigs slaughtered by 7.5 %, prices of hen edible eggs by 6.1 % and prices of raw cow milk by 0.2 %.

Since the beginning of the year, prices of agricultural products increased on average by 4.9 % due to higher prices of crop products by 11.9 % and lower prices of animal products by 2.6 %.

Prices of construction works

In July 2021, compared to June, construction work prices increased by 2 %. Compared to July 2020, they increased by 5.5 %. On average, construction work prices rose by 1.1 % year on year since the beginning of the year.

Prices of construction materials and components

Prices of construction materials and components increased by 3.3 % in July 2021 compared to June. Compared to July 2020, they increased by 12.5 %. On average, since the beginning of the year, the prices of construction materials and components increased by 5 % year on year.
