In November, inflation in pensioners' households dropped slightly to 2.8%.
Inflation- price growth in November 2024 in Slovakia, was published by the Statistical Office of the SR on December 13. On a regular monthly basis, at a later date, it also publishes detailed structures of the rate of price growth for selected social groups.
In November, consumer prices in Slovakia rose by 3.2% year-on-year. In the households of employees, prices increased by 3.2%. Low-income households felt the increase in inflation the most, by 3.3%. In households of pensioners, inflation was 2.8%.
In total for the first eleven months of 2024, consumer prices within the Slovak Republic increased by 2.8% year-on-year, in the households of employees and in low-income households equally by 2.8%, in the households of pensioners by 2.2%.
