Industrial producer prices

In October, compared to September, industrial producer prices for the domestic market rose by 2.8 %. Prices of electricity and gas supply increased by 5.9 %, manufacturing by 1 %, mining and quarrying by 0.7 % and water supply and waste management by 0.5 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and petroleum products increased by 8.3 %, chemicals by 6.2 %, metals by 3.5 %, computer products by 2.3 %, food and other manufacture equally by 1.4 %, rubber and plastic products by 1.1 %, textiles and leather by 0.5 %, pharmaceutical products by 0.4 % and electrical equipment by 0.1 %. Prices of transport equipment decreased by 3 %, wood products by 0.9 % and machinery not elsewhere classified by 0.1 %.

In October 2021, compared to October 2020, industrial producer prices for the domestic market increased by 11.3 %. Prices of electricity and gas supply increased by 12.8 %, manufacturing by 10.8 %, mining and quarrying by 7.9 % and water supply and waste management by 7.3 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and petroleum products increased by 73.3 %, metals by 33.2 %, chemicals by 29.6 %, wood products by 17.6 %, electrical equipment by 5.4 %, other manufacture by 5.3 %, food by 3.9 %, computer products by 2.1 %, rubber and plastic products by 2 %, pharmaceutical products by 1.2 % and textiles and leather by 1.1 %. Prices of machinery not elsewhere classified decreased by 3.3 % and transport equipment by 2.2 %.

On average, since the beginning of the year, compared to the same period last year, industrial producer prices increased by 3.8 % due to an increase in prices of mining and quarrying by 6.2 %, water supply and waste management by 5.8 %, manufacturing by 4,3 % and electricity and gas supply by 2.9 %.

In October, compared to September, industrial producer prices for the non-domestic market rose by 1.7 %r. Prices of electricity and gas supply increased by 6.3 % and manufacturing by 1.4 %. Mining and quarrying prices remained unchanged. Prices of water supply and waste management fell by 3.5 %.

In manufacturing, prices of manufacture of chemicals increased by 10.3 %, coke and petroleum products by 8.4 %, wood products by 2.1 %, metals by 1.5 %, transport equipment by 1.1 %, rubber and plastic products by 1 %, other manufacture by 0.7 %, food by 0.5 %, machinery not elsewhere classified by 0.2 % and manufacture of textile and leather by 0.1 %. Prices of pharmaceutical products remained unchanged. Prices of computer products decreased by 1.4 % and electrical equipment by 0.8 %.

In October 2021, compared to October 2020, export prices increased by 14.3 %. Prices of water supply and waste management were higher by 73.9 %, electricity and gas supply by 42.2 %, mining and quarrying by 32.5 % and manufacturing by 12.8 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and petroleum products increased by 59.7 %, metals by 45.5 %, chemicals by 36.5 %, wood products by 20.2 %, computer products by 13.9 %, rubber and plastic products by 9.2 %, electrical equipment by 7.3 %, other manufacturing by 7.2 %, machinery not elsewhere classified by 5.3 %, food by 2.9 %, transport equipment by 1.3 % , textiles and leather by 0.3 % and pharmaceutical products by 0.2 %.

On average, since the beginning of the year, compared to the same period last year, industrial producer prices for the non-domestic market increased by 5.9 % due to an increase in prices of water supply and waste management by 39.5 %, mining and quarrying by 19.6 %, electricity and gas supply by 12.3 % and manufacturing by 5.5 %.

Prices of agricultural products

In October, prices of agricultural products were higher by 20.4 % year-on-year. Prices of crop products increased by 28.1 % and prices of animal products by 2.4 %.

As for the crop products, prices of cereals increased by 39.4 %, prices of oilseeds and seeds by 33.1 %, prices of legumes by 13.9 % and prices of fruit and vegetables by 1.3 %. Potato prices fell by 1.6 %.

As for the animal products, prices of sheep and lambs slaughtered increased by 27.5 %, prices of poultry slaughtered by 14.1 %, prices of hen edible eggs by 5.4 %, prices of live fish by 4.2 %, prices of raw cow milk by 1.4 % and prices of beef cattle and calves by 1.2 %. Prices of raw sheep wool in pot decreased by 9.1 % and prices of pigs slaughtered by 2.7 %.

Since the beginning of the year, prices of agricultural products increased, on average, by 9.1 % due to higher prices of crop products by 16.3 % and lower prices of animal products by 1.6 %.

Prices of construction works

In October 2021, compared to September, prices of construction works increased by 0.9 %. Compared to October 2020, they increased by 8.8 %. On average, prices of construction work rose by 3.2 %, year-on-year, since the beginning of the year.

Prices of construction materials and components

In October 2021, compared to September, prices of construction materials and components increased by 3.3 %. Compared to October 2020, they increased by 22.9 %. On average, since the beginning of the year, prices of construction materials and components increased by 9.2 % year-on-year.

The SO SR has currently extended the range of available data from price statistics in the DATAcube. database in part 2. Macroeconomic statistics / 2.3 Consumer prices and prices of production statistics.
