In the 3^rd quarter of 2020, dwellings´ prices increased by 8,5 % compared with the 3^rd quarter of 2019. Prices of new dwellings increased by 7,9 % and prices of the existing dwellings by 8,4  %.

Dwellings´ prices increased by 1,5 % in comparison with the prices in the 2^nd quarter of 2020.
Prices of new dwellings increased by 3,8 % and prices of the existing dwellings decrease by 0,4  %.
