Prices of dwellings stagnated in the short term, year-on-year increases slowed down
Realized prices of dwellings in the SR remained unchanged at the beginning of 2023, the quarter-on-quarter drop in the prices of new flats and apartment blocks was dampened by the increase in the prices of older dwellings. The year-on-year increase in prices slowed down significantly, in two out of eight regions, dwellings prices were lower on average than a year ago.

The trend of lowering the actual sales prices of dwellings from the end of last year did not continue. However, the development trend changed, the prices of new dwellings dropped by 2.8% quarter-on-quarter. Last year, it was the prices of new dwellings that rose dynamically.
