In comparison with the 1st quarter of 2019, dwellings´ prices in the 2nd quarter of 2019 increased by 3,7 %. Prices of new dwellings increased by 2,5 % and prices of existing dwellings increased by 4,5 %.
Dwellings´ prices increased by 8,3 % in comparison with the 2nd quarter of 2018. Prices of new dwellings increased by 5 % and prices of existing dwellings increased by 10,3 %.
