In comparison with the 2nd quarter of 2018, dwellings´ prices in the 3rd quarter of 2018 decreased by 0,3 %. Prices of new dwellings decreased by 1,4 % and prices of existing dwellings increased by 0,2 %.
Dwellings´ prices increased by 4,4 % in comparison with the 3rd quarter of 2017. Prices of new dwellings increased by 0,8 % and prices of existing dwellings increased by 6 %.
