Realized prices of dwellings continued to increase in a record level in the 2nd quarter of 2022
In the second quarter of 2022, realized prices of dwellings increased by 16.3%, year-on-year, surpassing the rate of year-on-year growth from the first quarter of 2022. The prices at which real estate was actually sold continued to increase the growth dynamics.
Realized prices of dwellings rose by 5.5% quarter-on-quarter (compared to the 1st quarter of 2022). In the 2nd quarter of 2022, existing and also new dwellings contributed approximately equally to the development of prices.

In a long-term comparison, the current prices of all dwellings were higher than the average for 2010 (base index) by 81.5%. More significant growth was recorded in existing dwellings, where prices rose by up to 91% in the long term. New dwellings have increased sales prices by 63% over eleven years.
