Output prices

In January, compared to December, output prices for the domestic market increased by 0,4 %. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 2,2 %, manufacturing by 0,8 %, water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 0,5 %. Prices of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply decreased by 0,2 %.

In manufacturing, prices of other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery increased by 3,8 %, manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products by 2,7 %, manufacture of chemicals and chemical products by 1,9 %, manufacture of basic metals and fabricated metal products by 1,4 %, rubber and plastic products by 0,7 %, manufacture of electrical equipment by 0,4 %, manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products by 0,3 %, manufacture of food, beverages and tobacco; manufacture of transport equipment equally by 0,2 %, manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations by 0,1 %. Prices of machinery and equipment n.e.c. decreased by 1,6 % and manufacture of textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 1 %. Prices of wood and paper products and printing remained unchanged.

In January 2021, compared to January 2020, output prices for the domestic market fell by 0,3 %. Prices of industrial production decreased by 2,9 %. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 4,8 %, electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply by 3,7 %, water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 3,3 %.

In manufacturing, prices of coke and refined petroleum products decreased by 28,1 %, metals and fabricated metal products by 2,8 %, manufacture of wood, paper and printing products by 2,5 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 2,3 %, chemicals and chemical products by 2 %, manufacture of food, beverages and tobacco by 1,8 %, manufacture of textiles, clothing, leather and related products; manufacture of transport equipment equally by 0,1 %. Prices of manufacture of electrical equipment increased by 6,5 %, manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 1,4 %, manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products by 1,2 %, manufacture of rubber and plastics products by 0,9 % and other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery by 0,7 %.

Prices of manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products decreased by 3,9 %, wood and paper products and printing by 1%, other manufacture and repair, installation of machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 0,8 % %, transport equipment by 0,7 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 0,6 %, manufacture of textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 0,2 %. Prices of manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and preparations remained at the level of the previous month.

In January 2021, compared to January 2020, output prices for the non-domestic market fell by 1,7 %. Prices of mining and quarrying decreased by 7,4 %, manufacturing by 2%. Prices of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply increased by 4,5 % and water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 1,2 %.

In manufacturing, prices of manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products decreased by 27%, manufacture of chemicals and chemical products by 5,4 %, manufacture of wood and paper products by 4,9 %, manufacture of transport equipment by 2,4 %, manufacture of food products, beverages and tobacco by 2,3 %, manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 1,3 %, manufacture of textiles, clothing, leather and related products by 1% and manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and preparations by 0,8 %. Prices of manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products increased by 4,7 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery and equipment by 3,9 %, manufacture of electrical equipment by 3,6 %, manufacture of metals and fabricated metal products by 1,3 % and rubber and plastic products by 0,4 %.

Prices of agricultural products

In January, prices of agricultural products were lower by 0,7 % year-on-year. Prices of crop products increased by 2,1 %. Prices of animal products decreased by 3,3 %.

As for the crop products, prices of cereals increased by 6,1 %, prices of oilseeds and seeds by 5,6 % and prices of legumes by 4,3 %. Prices of potatoes fell by 16,3 % and prices of fruit and vegetables by 1,5 %.

As for the animal products, prices of live fish increased  by 5,8 %, prices of sheep for slaughter and lambs by 3,8 % and prices of beef cattle and calves by 0,3 %. Prices of raw sheep's wool in pot decreased by 30,1 %, prices of pigs for slaughter by 7,1 %, prices of raw cow's milk by 1,2 % and prices of poultry for slaughter by 0,7 %. Year-on-year,  prices of hen edible eggs remained unchanged.

Prices of construction works

In January 2021, compared to December, prices of construction work remained at the level of the previous month. Compared to January 2020, they increased by 2,1%.

Prices of construction materials and components

In January 2021, compared to December, prices of construction materials and components decreased by 0,2 %. Compared to January 2020, they decreased by 1,5 %.
