In comparison with the 3rd quarter of 2019, dwellings´ prices in the 4th quarter of 2019 increased by 2,3 %. Prices of new dwellings decreased by 0,1% and prices of existing dwellings increased by 3,7 %.
Dwellings´ prices increased by 10,9 % in comparison with the 4th quarter of 2018. Prices of new dwellings increased by 7,2 % and prices of existing dwellings increased by 13,3 %.
