Deficit and debt of the SR in 2023 - updated
The General government deficit of the Slovak Republic in 2023 amounted to EUR 6.4 billion. Its value compared to 2022 tripled and slightly increased by EUR 0.4 billion even compared to the first estimate from April of this year.

The gross national income (GNI) of the Slovak Republic in 2023 reached the value of EUR 120.1 billion, which is by 12.5% higher than the GNI in 2022.
